Measuring for HARNESSES

As every dog is a different size, please always measure your pup before placing your Sunnyside order. We want it to be comfortable and safe for your dog! Always use a soft measuring tape to get the most accurate measurements. 
 
We've changed size LARGE on our Adjustable Harnesses, so the chest length is longer. This should suit more of your bigger pups! The new size guide is below:

HOW DO I KNOW THE HARNESS FITS MY DOG?

When trying on your dog's new harness, it should feel snug around the chest area. However, TWO of your fingers should fit between the harness and the dog. If the harness is too tight, it will be uncomfortable for the dog. If the harness is too loose, the dog could slip out of the harness. SNUG = SAFE   

WHAT IF MY DOG IS INBETWEEN SIZES?

If this is the case, we would recommend sizing up. Measuring for COLLARS

Always use a soft measuring tape to get the most accurate measurements.

HOW DO I KNOW THE COLLAR FITS MY DOG?

When trying on your dog's new collar, you should be able to fit TWO of your fingers between the collar and your dog's neck. Please allow for this extra room when measuring your dog. If the collar is too tight, it will be uncomfortable for the dog. If the collar is too loose, the dog could slip out.

WHAT IF MY DOG IS INBETWEEN SIZES?

Measuring for COOL VESTS

When trying on your dog's new cool vest, it shouldn't feel too tight. 
Remember to measure your dog’s back length, chest and neck girth with a measuring tape before ordering.
If you think your pet is between two sizes, please choose the larger one.

Hand wash with warm water and soft detergent. Leave to air dry.
